FFKM-R-2275UP
In sheet form, unsuitable for direct production. In applications like O-ring or oil-seal production, where achieving the same performance as virgin FFKM is crucial, we recommend blending FFKM pre-compound with 30%~50% FFKM-R-2275UP loaded, curing agents are able to be added depending on your recipe.
FKR-2175 UL-2809 Validated Material
FKR-2175 comparable to virgin FKM material.
It is 30% of FKR-2275 mixed with 70% of virgin material.
It can be used to produce O-rings with identical performance, making it indistinguishable from virgin FKM O-rings in both performance and appearance.
Consider it an eco-friendly, cost-effective alternative for your FKM material needs.
FKR-2275UP
In sheet form, unsuitable for direct production.
In applications like O-ring production, where achieving the same performance or high quality as virgin FKM is crucial, our recommend formula is blending virgin fluoroelastomer compound with at a ratio 1:1 ; In some cases up to 70% of FKR-2275UP can be loaded .

Non curing agents were added to this spec, higher flexibility could be made with this material, curing agents are able to be added depending on your recipe.
HNBR-R-2275
In sheet form, unsuitable for direct production. In applications like O-ring or oil-seal production, where achieving the same performance as virgin HNBR is crucial, we recommend blending virgin HNBR gum with at a ratio of 30%~60% HNBR-R-2275 loaded, curing agents are able to be added depending on your recipe.
