As a company specializing in the recycling and regeneration of FFKM (perfluoroelastomer), our mission aligns closely with the platform’s goal: to make rubber circularity the industry standard.By participating in this network, we aim to collaborate with material scientists, recyclers, manufacturers, and end-users to push forward the boundaries of what’s possible in high-performance rubber reuse.
Why FFKM Recycling Matters
FFKM is one of the most chemically resistant elastomers available, often used in semiconductor, chemical, and aerospace applications. However, its high cost and limited recyclability have historically made it difficult to integrate into circular business models.At Fanilo, we developed a clean, solvent-free FFKM devulcanization process using ozone and dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma. This allows us to regenerate used FFKM materials and blend them with virgin polymers—without compromising sealing performance or chemical resistance. This breakthrough solution supports both cost-efficiency and ESG goals for industries with critical sealing needs.
