Proprietary FFKM regeneration

Fanilo's proprietary process breaks the crosslinks in cured perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) while keeping the polymer backbone intact, so the material can be compounded back into production. The process uses no solvents, no added chemicals and no heat. The only by-products are water and oxygen.

Receive

Each customer's FFKM scrap is received and handled as a separate lot, one formulation at a time.

Regenerate

Ozone and DBD plasma break the crosslinks while keeping the polymer backbone intact, so the material can be compounded again.

Return

The regenerated FFKM is shipped back to the same customer for reuse in production.

02 / CLEAN PROCESS

A clean process

Conventional rubber reclaiming relies on heat or chemical agents. Fanilo's process uses ozone and dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma instead.

03 / PROCESS SETTINGS

Set for each material

FFKM compounds differ, and so do the processes they return to. The treatment intensity is set for each material and for the customer's process.

The original formulation is not changed. Colour and transparency are preserved.
